WP9: Alternative Electron beam-driven Plasma Structure

This work package will assess the feasibility of using beam-driven plasma wakefield stages as an alternative acceleration medium for various applications.

This includes different electron beam-driver options and beam preparation schemes, studies into the plasma target and vacuum system, plasma diagnostics , staging of acceleration modules, as well as general engineering issues and stability studies.
