Queens University Belfast has done pioneering research in laser-driven particle acceleration through its Centre of Plasma Physics (CPP). CPP is particularly active in the use of laser-driven secondary sources and may provide an invaluable contribution to the development of high-gradient acceleration structures and high-quality positron beam sources. Moreover, CPP is committed to provide collaborative access to their own high-power laser system TARANIS.
