The Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibinz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik (FBH) is one of the world’s leading institutes for applied research in microwaves and optoelectronics, based on III-V semiconductors. Among other activities, FBH develops and manufactures efficient high-power diode lasers with excellent beam quality for integration into pumping modules.
