The first meeting of the EuPRAXIA Steering Committee (SC) took place on February 19th, 2016 at Laboratoire Leprince-Ringuet, Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France, to discuss objectives, parameters and future events of the design study. Video conferencing had been provided for those SC members who couldn't attend in person.Ralph Assmann introduced news and updates from the EuPRAXIA implementation and representatives from all 14 work packages (WP) gave a short update about the WP objectives, deliverables and manpower. A highly motivated brainstorming session on zero order parameter table took place, as well as a debate about the various EuPRAXIA committees.
Many thanks to Arnd Specka and his team at Laboratoire Leprince-Ringuet for kindly hosting the meeting and providing an excellent surrounding for fruitful discussions.
